EssilorLuxottica operates Sunglass Hut, a global leader in premium eyewear. This casual part‑time Sales Associate role focuses on delivering an exceptional shopping experience, guiding customers through product selections, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will engage with customers, stay up to date on the latest sunglass collections, and collaborate with store leadership to support daily operations and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience
• Self-motivated, team player

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers while promoting an excellent shopping experience
• Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs and maintain visual standards
• Provide high-touch service to VIP clients and help with issue resolution
• Stay informed on current products and act as brand ambassador
• Assist with opening/closing duties and adhere to company rules and conduct
• Participate in occasional meetings and communicate shifts clearly
