Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering great customer experience.
• Self-motivated, team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers to promote an excellent shopping experience.
• Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs and maintain visual standards.
• Proactively solve customer issues and involve management as needed.
• Handle complex customer service situations and assist VIP clients to drive loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date on current product assortment to act as brand ambassador.
• Follow management instructions, attend meetings, and maintain punctuality.
• Assist with opening/closing duties when required.
• Represent the brand with warmth and connect with local communities.
