This is a client-facing, operational role at the heart of the studio experience. As a Front Desk Operations Representative, you'll help create a welcoming environment, manage appointments and transactions, maintain accurate order records, and ensure garments move smoothly through every stage of the client journey.
You'll work closely with the Studio Experience Manager, Studio Experience Coordinator, and tailoring team to deliver exceptional service while supporting the daily operations of the studio. Your attention to detail, communication, and ability to anticipate needs will help ensure every client feels cared for and every order is handled with accuracy.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in hospitality, client experience, fashion, or studio operations within a growing company.
A Natural Host | You enjoy welcoming people, making others feel comfortable, and creating positive experiences through warmth, empathy, and thoughtful service.
A Strong Communicator | You listen carefully, communicate clearly, and adapt your approach to different clients and situations. You handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Organized & Systematic | You enjoy creating order, managing multiple tasks, and keeping information accurate. You understand how strong administrative habits support the entire studio.
Detail-Oriented | You take pride in getting the details right, from order documentation and client notes to payments and garment tracking.
Proactive & Resourceful | You anticipate needs, recognize when something requires attention, and look for practical solutions rather than waiting for problems to upscale.
A Team Player | You understand that exceptional client experiences depend on strong collaboration between front-of-house operations and the tailoring team.
Accountable | You take ownership of your work, follow through on responsibilities, and welcome feedback as an opportunity to grow.
Passionate About Craftsmanship | You appreciate quality, creativity, and the personal significance of clothing. You are excited to contribute to a business that helps clients feel ready for life's important moments.
Prior tailoring experience is not required. We value a strong service mindset, reliability, attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn.
This is an entry-level/early-career role.
Solve with Skill & Creativity | You approach client questions and daily challenges thoughtfully, finding practical solutions while knowing when to seek guidance.
Craft with Care | You pay attention to the details, handle every garment responsibly, and take pride in providing accurate, thoughtful service.
Own the Outcome | You follow through on your responsibilities, maintain accurate records, and take accountability for the quality of your work.
Respect What Matters | You treat every client, teammate, and garment with consideration, professionalism, and respect.
Elevate Every Experience | You recognize that every greeting, phone call, fitting, and pickup is an opportunity to make someone's day better.
At Alts, front-of-house operations are more than a reception function. They are an essential part of the experience that brings together our clients, our craftsmanship, and our studios.
As a Front Desk Operations Representative, you'll help clients navigate some of life's most meaningful moments, from finding the perfect fit for an important event to caring for the garments they love. You'll build valuable skills in hospitality, operations, communication, and client relationship management while working alongside a team that takes pride in its craft.
We're committed to developing our people through thoughtful management, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth. Strong performance, demonstrated readiness, and business needs can create opportunities to advance into the Studio Experience Coordinator role, potentially as early as three months into employment.
If you're organized, people-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to an exceptional client experience, we'd love to meet you
