Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF) seeks a Speaker and Delegations Manager in New York to oversee Israeli delegations and paid speaker tours, ensuring schedules, protocols, and logistics run smoothly.

You will coordinate itineraries, flight approvals, accommodations, ground transport, per diem, and expenses within budget, while serving as the primary liaison among fundraisers, marketing, and delegates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations/travel/logistics.
• Experience coordinating delegations and multi-location events.
• Hebrew language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning and execution of Israeli delegations and speaker tours.
• Manages itineraries, flights, accommodations, transport, per diem and budget tracking.
• Serves as primary liaison between fundraisers, National Marketing and delegates.
• Provides emotional intelligence and care from arrival in the US through departure.
