Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock in Atlantic City is seeking a VIP Services professional to oversee daily operations and assist in VIP check-in. You will manage staff, coordinate arrivals and departures, and ensure exceptional guest service.

A focus on presenting high-quality products and responding to guest requests with courtesy is required, along with training and reporting duties across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Daily VIP Services staff assignments and supervision.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals/departures and play evaluations.
• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure presentation quality.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Develop department members' knowledge through training.
• Run and maintain reports (occupancy, suites, Limo, entertainment pacing).
• Assist with Collections Department activities and box office coordination.
• Support Special Events and Kronos, Salesforce, and room bookings.
• Distribute high-end offers booked to Player Development and center host system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

Under the direction of the VIP Services Manager, the incumbent is responsible for performing the daily operations of VIP Services and, in addition, assisting in VIP Check-In.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Daily work assignments of VIP Services staff.
• Reviews and coordinates updates for VIP arrivals/departures throughout the property-play evaluation.
• Provides exceptional guest service that differentiates us from the competition.
• Responsible for quality, consistency, and presentation of all products delivered to guests.
• Adhere to the highest levels of guest service and ensure staff do the same.
• Respond to special requests from guests, as well as guest complaints and inquiries, in a calm, prompt, courteous manner.
• Develop department members' knowledge and skills through education and training.
• Running and maintaining multiple reports (occupancy avail/comp criteria, Suites, Limo, Entertainment Pacing, Non-Zero)
• Assist with the Collections Department
• Entertainment - Play evaluation, ticket assignments, meetings with box office, ticket distribution.
• Special Events
• Kronos, Salesforce, 7 rooms (restaurants & beach rentals)
• Call center host request and distributing high-end offers booked to Player Development
• Performs other duties as assigned.
