Job summary

Seneca Resorts & Casinos is seeking a VIP Services Shift Manager to supervise the Hotel Guest Services Desk, VIP Services and Butlers, ensuring Four Diamond service for all patrons.

You will train, schedule and interview VIP staff, manage check-in, guest requests, and coordinate with Front Desk and Bell Services to deliver seamless experiences. Attendees must demonstrate strong leadership and customer service in a fast-paced casino hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years hospitality, casino and/or front desk experience.
• Minimum 3 years Front Desk Management and/or VIP Services experience.
• Proficient computer skills, ACSC and LMS experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Hotel Guest Services Desk, VIP Services, and Butlers.
• Schedule team members and coordinate VIP services with other departments.
• Manage VIP arrivals and departures ensuring Four Diamond service.
• Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly with professional diplomacy.
