Job summary

DraftKings in Boston is seeking a VIP Service Representative to deliver best-in-class service to our most valuable players, share promotions, and drive loyalty.

You will manage day-to-day VIP strategy, build trusted relationships, travel occasionally, work nights/weekends, and comply with gaming policies. A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience and at least 1 year in sales or account management are required.

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales or account management role.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to make quick and confident decisions.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming License.

As a VIP Service Representative, you'll provide the best-in-class services to our most valuable customers and share the latest promotions and personalized offers. In this role, you'll execute the day-to-day strategy of our industry-leading VIP engagement program to understand the true needs of our players and foster long-term loyalty.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is 64,000.00 USD - 80,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
