About The Role

In this position, you will work directly with our most valued customers, proactively identifying opportunities for vehicle upgrades, lease pull‑ahead programs, and equity‑based trade‑ins. You’ll play a key role in maintaining long‑term relationships while delivering a seamless, premium sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of VIP and existing customers
• Identify and contact clients eligible for vehicle upgrades or exchanges
• Present tailored vehicle options based on customer needs and equity position
• Coordinate appointments, test drives, and follow‑ups with a high level of professionalism
• Work closely with finance and management teams to structure competitive deals
• Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently follow up on leads
• Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience from start to finish

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
