Penn State University is hiring a VIP Program Specialist in the Office of Undergraduate Research and Fellowship Mentoring to build the Vertically Integrated Projects program. You will coordinate administration, outreach, data collection, and stakeholder communication to grow VIP across Penn State.

The role includes working with faculty leaders, forming structures from scratch, tracking enrollment and outcomes, and representing Penn State in internal and external meetings.

• Collaborates with Oversight Committee and faculty Leaders to define VIP elements.
• Conducts outreach to raise VIP awareness among students and departments.
• Creates and manages data collection to assess enrollment, completion, and satisfaction.
• Represents Penn State at meetings and supports special projects.
