Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment, in Orlando, seeks a VIP Experience Production Crew member to execute VIP design elements on-site. You will perform load-in/load-out, install environments, and assist with vendor operations, collaborating with the VIP Decor and Lighting teams. Expect physical work, tool use, and frequent event travel; 8+ hour days are common.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in art department or carpentry, own a basic toolkit, and hold a valid U.S. passport and driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years art department and/or carpentry experience.
• Festival and/or film production experience preferred.
• Must possess tool kit including basic hand and power tools.
• Must possess valid driver's license and U.S. passport.
• Must possess valid credit card for hotel incidentals.
• Ability to operate equipment such as forklift, boom lift, scissor lift is strongly preferred.
• Must be highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work 8+ hours per day and handle physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Load-in and load-out of design elements and props.
• Install custom environments per drawings.
• Assist with third-party vendor operations as needed.
• Support VIP Decor and Lighting teams as required.
• Follow drawings to install elements and perform basic carpentry/painting.
• Repair, maintain, and organize VIP assets.
• Operate hand and power tools and material handling equipment.
• Communicate project updates to crew leads.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.
• Travel to events as required; work evenings/holidays to meet deadlines.
