Job summary

Landry's, LLC. is seeking a Cocktail Server for Rush Lounge and Gold Diggers Nightclub in Las Vegas. The role requires providing exceptional, wine-and-liquor knowledge, and delivering high-energy guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The position is tipped, with duties including upselling, greeting guests, and maintaining station cleanliness. Must be 21+ and able to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience as a Cocktail Server in a high volume environment.
• Knowledge of state liquor regulations, including underage and intoxicated patron policies.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Promote fast, courteous table service to customers and upsell products.
• Familiarize self with property events and programs to provide accurate information.
• Greet guests warmly, maintain a positive demeanor, and handle cash/ comps per procedures.
• Know all liquor brands, wines, and garnishes; relay guest compliments and complaints to the manager on duty.
• Maintain a clean station and stock supplies; assist with turnover according to procedures.
