Golden Nugget Las Vegas is seeking a Cocktail Server for its VIP areas in Rush Lounge or Gold Diggers Nightclub. The role emphasizes delivering outbound guest service and tight coordination with bartenders to ensure timely, accurate drink service.

The position requires knowledge of liquor standards, excellent customer service, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a high-energy nightlife setting.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of cocktail server experience in a high-volume environment.
• Know and apply state liquor regulations, including prohibitions on serving minors or intoxicated persons.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Promote business and upsell products in Rush Lounge and Gold Diggers Nightclub.
• Provide fast, courteous table service to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, glassware and garnishes.
• Handle cash, credit cards and comps per procedures.
• Greet guests and make them feel welcome; relay compliments and complaints to the manager on duty.
• Communicate orders to bartenders and ensure transmission is verified.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe workstation.
