Position: VIP Host
The VIP Host will act as a direct liaison between VIP clients and the Nightclub. The success of this role will be judged by the financial performance of table sales and the number of invitees on the guest list.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to all table sale inquiries, confirmations, and payments 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Communicate policies to clients, including dress code and cancellation policies, before confirming bookings.
- Coordinate with the Nightlife Manager regarding booked tables and enhance client experiences.
- Manage guest list and table list at the door, guiding guests to their tables to ensure a VIP experience.
- Have guests sign table agreements, and collect credit card and ID.
- Collaborate with the rooms division and Stateside Management to invite high-rated guests.
- Create weekly promotional plans to enhance the VIP experience and attract new business.
- Implement nightlife promotional strategies to present to the VIP team.
- Hold regular meetings with the VIP team for client feedback.
- Develop and update a contact checklist to track referral and promotional efforts, managed by the DLS VIP Host.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Manage and update booking details in Seven Rooms.
- Maintain weekly communication with active VIP clients and potential leads.
- Assist the VIP team during key moments in the evening to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Aim to meet minimum table booking goals each weekend.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years nightlife experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and public speaking skills.
