Qualifications

• Minimum three years in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, private club, corporate dining, or luxury service environments.
• Experience as a trainer, lead, shift leader, or supervisor preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Food Handler Certification required upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly supervisor during assigned shifts.
• Direct and coordinate hospitality team members to ensure seamless service execution.
• Assign responsibilities and adjust staffing based on operational needs.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout each shift.
• Support management in achieving daily operational objectives.
• Ensure guest-facing areas remain organized, fully stocked, and presentation-ready.
• Coordinate effectively with culinary leadership to ensure timely food delivery and smooth service.
• Support catering functions, team events, and special hospitality activations.
