Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, upscale venues, or professional sports hospitality.
• Demonstrated success leading high-volume hospitality operations and teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing labor, scheduling, and financial performance.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily food and beverage operations and service execution.
• Lead in the General Manager's absence and maintain a high-visibility presence.
• Ensure flawless execution across player dining, executive dining, catering, and events.
• Translate strategic initiatives into daily priorities and measurable results.
• Coach managers and team members, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless front-of-house and kitchen operations.
