Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a VIP Suite Attendant to deliver exceptional service in premium suites at major events. You will support catering staff, serve food and beverages, and help ensure flawless guest experiences in high-energy venues.

The role involves setup, service, and post-event cleanup, with emphasis on safety, professionalism, and teamwork. Evening and weekend work is required at multiple sports and entertainment venues.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering premium hospitality in live events.
• Ability to take orders and serve accurately in fast-paced settings.
• Valid driver’s license may be required; monitor alcohol service as per state law.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to suite holders and their guests.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and ensure a positive premium hospitality experience.
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver items accurately and promptly.
• Monitor suite inventory and replenish food, beverages, supplies, and condiments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned suites before, during, and after events.
• Coordinate with kitchen, catering, concessions, and supervisory staff to fulfill guest requests.
• Monitor alcohol service and comply with all company and responsible beverage service policies.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and post-event cleaning.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards; maintain a professional appearance.

Job Summary

Summary: Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain. Ensures the accurate execution of all events during his/her shift. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; breaks down the setup and leaves the area neat and clean; returns leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner.
