Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a VIP Hospitality Suite Attendant for Northwest Stadium. You will deliver and serve food in premium suites, greeting guests and maintaining suite setup during events.

This role supports catering and service teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience at high-energy functions. Position involves evenings, weekends, holidays, and lifting duties; a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required; must handle food, serve, and monitor alcohol where required by state law.
• Provide exceptional guest service to suite holders and their guests.
• All duties performed in a premium hospitality environment at events.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and deliver items accurately and promptly.
• Monitor suite inventory and replenish food, beverages, supplies, and condiments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned suites before, during, and after events.
• Coordinate with kitchen, catering, concessions, and supervisory staff to fulfill guest requests.
• Monitor alcohol service and comply with policy.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and lift issues when necessary.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and post-event cleaning.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Summary: Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain. Ensures the accurate execution of all events during his/her shift. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; breaks down the setup and leaves the area neat and clean; returns leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
