Job summary

Trackhouse Entertainment Group in Concord, NC seeks a Hospitality Manager to strategize, coordinate, and execute premium experiences for corporate partners, VIP guests, and internal stakeholders during NASCAR events and partner functions.

You will lead hospitality operations, manage budgets, collaborate with marketing and operations, and ensure exceptional service, safety, and NASCAR compliance at race weekends and related events.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead VIP guest hosting strategy and execution at Trackhouse haulers at-track.
• Develop guest communication processes and improve experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement in hospitality with vendor/partner input.
• Plan and execute Trackhouse hospitality programs, suites, catering, and guest services.
• Coordinate with marketing, partnerships, and operations to align experiences with business goals.
• Assist in weekly/quarterly/annual partner reporting and budget management.
• Manage vendor relationships for catering, rentals, transport, and staffing.
