Job summary

DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront in Indialantic, FL is seeking a bubbly server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our Guests. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and help guests feel like VIPs through friendly, attentive service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, entering orders into the POS, delivering meals with accuracy, and maintaining health standards. A Food Handler Card and knowledge of liquor regulations are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Food Handler Card and knowledge of liquor regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle guest orders accurately.
• Knowledge of proper table settings and service ware.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain specials/promotions.
• Check station for setup and cleanliness.
• Record and repeat guest orders to ensure accuracy.
• Input orders into POS and relay to kitchen.
• Deliver orders with condiments and check guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to liquor regulations and safety procedures.
• Perform side work and general cleaning.
• Maintain neat appearance per handbook.
