Job summary

MGM Resorts International - Bellagio is seeking a part-time VIP Lounge Representative in Las Vegas to warmly welcome VIP guests, assist with registrations, and fulfill bespoke concierge requests, crafting memorable moments from first contact.

You will greet VIPs, handle reservations, verify special requests, assist with check-in/out, and coordinate with casino hosts on billing and credits while maintaining accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or GED completed.
One year of front desk or concierge experience preferred.
One year of guest services experience in a resort setting preferred.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication required.
Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet VIP customers, answer questions, facilitate guest reservations, and verify special requests/amenities.
Ensure VIP check-in/out is efficient and maintains strong property-guest relationships.
Resolve guest bills with casino hosts for additional services and manage charges/credits.
Handle cash and credit transactions and balance all cash equivalents per procedures.
