Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to VIP guests throughout game day events.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including linens, flatware, glassware, china, displays, and service stations.
• Prepare food service areas and stock supplies as needed.
• Serve guests professionally and courteously.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Bus and clear tables efficiently throughout the event.
• Refill buffets, beverage stations, and service areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and guest areas.
• Become familiar with catering menus, dietary restrictions, and event updates.
• Perform assigned side work and cleanup duties.
• Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
