Job summary

Wynn Resorts in Everett, MA, seeks a Front Office Manager to lead VIP services and suite operations at Encore Boston Harbor. You will oversee VIP arrivals, private access, guest relations, and lounge operations while aligning with Encore standards and financial performance targets.

Requirements include a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), 5+ years in hotel/VIP roles and 3+ years in leadership, plus strong computer and planning skills, and familiarity with key hotel systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years in hotel and/or VIP experience; 3 years in a leadership role preferred.
Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with planning and project management.
Knowledge of multiple property systems (FCS, Maximo, Kronos, BirchStreet, Medallia, Opera).
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents; fluent English; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure Encore Boston Harbor core values and standards are implemented.
Manage department goals, policies, and procedures; monitor effectiveness and drive improvements.
Oversee performance of team members and department confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and controls across the property.
Drive revenue while controlling expenses and labor; improve profitability.
Provide direction and feedback; support Director of Hotel Operations and executives.
