Responsibilities

• Provide high-priority IT support to executive and VIP staff.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for desktops.
• Prepare, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop systems.
• Maintain maintenance and updates on executive devices for security and performance.
• Manage IT incidents and service requests with adherence to SLAs.
• Collaborate with Network, Server, and Applications Administrators to resolve complex issues.
