• Frequent lifting of hot items is required.
• Able to work in kitchen with heated equipment, steam, noise, and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of food items for the day and dating products.
• Coordinate setup and break down of stations per manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions when serving.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples for quality control before serving.
• Alert management to items not meeting quality expectations.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and address feedback with a positive attitude.
• Maintain clean, sanitized work station and tools.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
• Support concessions, catering, and events as required.
• Perform tasks requested by supervisors or Aramark management.
