Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Sandusky, OH is seeking a Guest Services Agent for the VIP Emerald Lounge. You will be the expert on the resort and support daily VIP lounge operations, delivering concierge-level service and leading with care for guests and teammates.

Starting rate is $15.00 per hour. You will help guests check in/out smoothly, coordinate with the Front Desk system, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy guest experience across the resort.

Qualifications

1 year of Front Desk or Guest Services experience in a hotel, resort, or related field is preferred.
Computer experience is required.
Hospitality background is helpful for this role.

Responsibilities

Assist guests during their stay by anticipating needs and delivering beyond expectations.
Learn and use the Front Desk property management system to manage rooms, keys, folios, and payments.
Communicate information clearly to guests and colleagues.
Provide a smooth check-in/check-out experience to create memorable stays.
