Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at TD Garden in Boston, MA is hiring part-time Prep Cooks to join our VIP Dining team. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and can coordinate multiple orders, you’ll be a key part of our culinary team.

You will prep food to specifications, follow ServSafe procedures, communicate with the chef, uphold health codes, and help with opening, closing, and inventory. Availability nights, weekends, and events is required.

Qualifications

• Reads prep sheets and follows instructions.
• Safely uses kitchen tools including knives.
• Has 2 years back-of-house food service experience.
• Must be available nights, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to specifications and label/date items per procedures.
• Communicate with chef for instructions and training.
• Uphold health codes and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of food, utensils, and equipment.
• Perform opening, closing, and end-of-day inventory.
