Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to specifications before and during unit operations, label/date/wrap products per ServSafe.
• Communicate with chef for instructions or training.
• Uphold health codes, sanitation regs, and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain food, utensils, and equipment in a clean, orderly manner.
• Perform opening/closing/side work and end-of-day inventory per guidelines.
