Responsibilities

• Support VIP Waitstaff, Mixologists, and management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Set, clear, and reset tables according to luxury dining service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining spaces, lounges, bars, and service stations.
• Refill water glasses and assist with guest requests during service.
• Deliver bread service, beverages, condiments, and dining accompaniments as needed.
• Assist with food running and service support during peak periods and events.
