Job summary

Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City invites a VIP Runner - Club Operations to escort VIP guests to their designated tables and assist with reservation requests and event execution.

You will need strong English communication, at least 2 years in nightlife/hospitality, and the ability to move and stand throughout a fast-paced casino environment. Flexible hours including holidays and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in the nightlife/hospitality industry.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (Read, Write, Speak & Understand).

Responsibilities

• Escort VIP guests to their tables and to the appropriate rooms or sections of the Dayclub.
• Direct guests to necessary areas within Ocean Casino Resort.
• Be aware of all seat numbers and positions for Dayclub seating.
• Assist in processing guest reservation requests promptly and accurately.
• Support events and promotions by ensuring guests are informed and engaged.
• Maintain high visibility and assist with guest loyalty through dependable service.
• Communicate guest requests to Beverage Server, hosts and Managers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
