Job summary

MCS Health in Puerto Rico seeks a Concierge Service Manager to lead the Concierge Services team delivering coordinated care for VIP members and commercial clients. You will partner with internal departments, providers, and strategic partners to drive service excellence, quality, and continuous improvement, while supervising staff and ensuring compliant, confidential handling of information.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant healthcare operations experience.
Minimum five years in customer service, accounts management, or concierge services.
Two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day Concierge Services operations to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
Coordinate across departments and partners to ensure exceptional experience for VIPs and commercial clients.
Serve as escalation point for complex service issues and complaints with prompt resolution.
Oversee referrals, authorizations, appointments, and case management activities.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and strategic partners.
Develop and implement Concierge program enhancements to improve member experience.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of information supporting care coordination.
Monitor service quality, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction; drive improvements.
