Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming first impression.
• Offer local information on restaurants, attractions and events; make reservations as needed.
• Maintain listings of local attractions, events, and transportation guides.
• Provide hours of operation for hotel outlets and directions as required.
• Assist front desk when needed and help with guest packages and deliveries.
• Keep lobby areas and brochures organized and updated.
• Respond to emergencies and support hotel operations as required.
