Job summary

asmglobal is seeking a Premium Club Coordinator to deliver exclusive experiences in our sports arena clubs. You will serve as the primary contact for club members and VIP guests, coordinating premium services, events, and amenities that enhance game-day and special events.

The role reports to the Director of Catering and requires leadership through influence, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences across multiple supporting functions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-end guest experiences in live events or sports arenas.
• Ability to coordinate multiple moving parts across departments to execute premium services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main on-floor contact for club members and VIP guests, providing personalized service.
• Coordinate and manage premium club spaces during game days and events.
• Assist with planning and executing private functions, VIP experiences, and game-day amenities.
• Support club execution across culinary, beverage, service, staffing, cleanliness, presentation and facilities.
• Conduct pre-event walkthroughs to ensure clubs are ready for guests.
