Compass Group USA is seeking a Bartender to provide premium service at our venues, crafting cocktails and ensuring a superior guest experience. The role emphasizes responsible beverage service, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of presentation and hospitality.

The position requires knowledge of state liquor regulations, strong customer service, and cash handling abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service to club members, VIP guests, suite holders and premium clientele.
• Prepare high-quality cocktails, mocktails and spirit-forwarded beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Utilize Premium bartending techniques, including proper shaking, stirring, layering and garnishing methods.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail trends to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure all beverages meet premium club standards for taste, appearance, and presentation.
• Utilize specialized bartending tools and equipment, including cocktail smokers, mixing glasses, strainers, muddlers, and premium bar tools.
• Select and utilize the appropriate glassware for each beverage, including martini, rocks, wine, and coupe glasses along with champagne flutes and specialty cocktail vessels.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels of liquor, wine, beer, mixers, garnishes, and supplies throughout events.
