Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Act as the contact person for employee requests for time off or grievances.
• Mentor staff and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
