Caesars Digital in Las Vegas is seeking a Sales Executive to develop strategic relationships with customers by understanding casino systems and sales processes, translating sales into casino trips, and handing off to the on-property service team.

The role emphasizes coded customer blocks, direct mail and telemarketing, and seamless coordination with VIP Hospitality. Strong integrity and regulatory compliance underpin daily activities.

Qualifications

• One to three years of hospitality or sales experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to think independently to maximize customer service and profitability.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a Nevada gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain coded player blocks via direct mail, email, telemarketing, and databases.
• Participate in telephone solicitation and coordinate personalized direct mailings.
• Ensure seamless hand off of guest pre-trip itinerary for on-property execution.
• Comply with all applicable rules, regulations and policies with integrity.
• Respond to coded customers and support new ideas to deliver business solutions.
• Identify ways to increase efficiency or improve product or service.
• Communicate programs/services and keep stakeholders informed of changes.
• Prepare project plans to move initiatives forward.
