Responsibilities

Greet VIP guests upon arrival and assist with check-in orientation.
Manage in-room dining, coffee/tea service, bar setup, and guest requests.
Coordinate transportation, excursions, and special experiences for guests.
Assist with luggage, wardrobe needs, and shopping as requested.
Maintain communication with casino hosts and F&B outlets to fulfill guest needs.
Monitor room statuses, candidate amenities, and ensure pantries are stocked.
