Job summary

Insomniac, a premier live events company, is seeking a VIP Activations team member to engage Headliners and manage festival activations across events. You will communicate activations enthusiastically, assist in VIP area setup, and help deliver exceptional fan experiences.

Must have large-scale event experience (5,000+ attendees), be proactive, creative, and able to work long hours, weekends, and travel. You will thrive in loud, dynamic environments and contribute to a team that celebrates dance

Responsibilities

• Assist in set up of VIP area before doors open and maintain a clean workspace
• Know and communicate VIP activations and offerings to Headliners
• Be knowledgeable about festival information (hours, stage names, locations)
• Willing to adapt to diverse tasks and engage Headliners with activations
