• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years workforce development experience.
• Strong group facilitation skills.
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the Violence & Prevention Program and the community.
• Conduct educational workshops and presentations on violence prevention topics.
• Provide referrals to counseling, mental health services, legal aid, and other resources.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and community needs.
