Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One or more years of health education experience preferred.
• CPR certification required and maintained.
• Knowledge of age-specific medical needs for diverse populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate communities on mammography, colorectal screening, and risk reduction.
• Identify clients needing preventive screenings and assist access to resources.
• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate education to diverse populations.
• Document referrals, follow-ups, and educational activities accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to enhance outreach.
• Stay updated on screening guidelines and community resources.
