Job summary

Responsibilities

• Mediation and conflict resolution between street groups and individuals.
• Engage with high-risk individuals in parks, homes, street corners, centers, schools, and hospitals.
• Respond to critical incidents to de-escalate tension and reduce threats of violence.
• Make referrals for non-emergency services for victims and families.
• Maintain on-call crisis availability 24/7 and document notifications.
• Coordinate with Convener group after mass shooting incidents.
• Conduct peace-building activities and restorative justice practices where applicable.
• Manage a caseload of up to 15 participants.
• Maintain detailed activity logs of outreach and services provided.
