• No pending criminal cases.

Responsibilities

• Provides mentorship and essential support services to individuals at high risk of violence.
• Delivers direct case management and emergency support to victims or perpetrators and their families.
• Provides immediate crisis response after incidents and connects to additional services.
• Advocates for victims and families through home visits, phone calls, and referrals.
• Documents client contacts and supports required reporting standards.
