Job summary

Value Windows & Doors Inc. in Duarte, CA is seeking dependable Production Workers to join our manufacturing team assembling vinyl windows and doors. The regular shift runs 6:00 AM–2:30 PM with overtime possible, including weekends.

You will operate tools, follow safety guidelines, lift up to 50–75 lbs, and help meet daily production targets while maintaining quality. Prior production or warehouse experience, basic measuring skills, and ability to use hand and power tools are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in production or warehouse environment.
• Able to read and use a measuring tape accurately.
• Experience with basic hand and power tools.
• Demonstrates strong work ethic in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform various production tasks within assigned department
• Manufacture windows and doors while meeting quality and productivity standards
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
• Assist with meeting production deadlines and schedules
• Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50–75 lbs
• Support team goals and company mission
