Value Windows & Doors Inc. is hiring Production Workers to operate tools and assist in the assembly of vinyl windows and doors in Duarte, CA. Regular shifts run 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM with overtime possible, including weekends.

A minimum of 1 year in production/warehouse and the ability to read a measuring tape are required. Candidates should be able to use basic hand and power tools, maintain safety and quality standards, and lift 50–75 lbs as needed.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a production or warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and use a measuring tape accurately.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Perform various production tasks within assigned department.
• Manufacture windows and doors while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Assist with meeting production deadlines and schedules.
• Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50–75 lbs.
• Support team goals and company mission.
