Job summary

Equal Vision Records, Inc. in Albany, NY is seeking a full-time vinyl pressing operator to set up, operate and maintain presses to produce high-quality records. The role requires 1–3 years of machine operator experience and strong mechanical aptitude.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with benefits available after 60 days of employment. Overtime may be required for peak production periods. This is a manufacturing position, not a retail role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
• Prior machine operator experience is required.
• Must have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain vinyl record presses to produce high quality records.
• Perform routine maintenance on the press and troubleshoot malfunctions that may occur.
• Assist in operations and maintenance, including inventory management and documentation.
• Support QC processes and other facets of operations as assigned.
