Nashville Record Pressing LLC is seeking a meticulous Production Associate to join our vinyl record manufacturing team in Nashville, Tennessee. The role entails hands-on production support, including packaging, sleeving, and assembly, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with pay starting at $17 per hour and a listed range around $17.43 per hour. We value passion for music, precision, and teamwork in a fast-growing facility.

Qualifications

• Quality control during sleeving, assembling, or packaging to meet standards.
• Packaging records for shipping, shrink wrap, and labeling with care for aesthetics.
• Sleeving vinyl discs into sleeves and assembling jackets and inserts.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control: inspect materials to meet standards.
• Packaging: prepare records for shipping, apply shrink wrap and labels.
• Sleeving: insert vinyl discs into sleeves.
• Assembly: assemble jackets, inserts, and marketing materials.
• Documentation: maintain production records.
• Collaboration: work with team and other departments to ensure smooth production.
• Safety Compliance: follow safety protocols and keep a tidy work environment.
