Job summary

Graphic Products is hiring a Vinyl Production Assistant to join our warehouse manufacturing team. This entry-level role involves preparing, cutting, and assembling vinyl with attention to detail and high precision.

Training will be provided, with a 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday–Friday schedule and a 40-hour week to start. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, physically capable of 40 lb lifts, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with ability to identify minor visual flaws.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Vinyl Processing: cut, roll, and package vinyl into finished products.
• Order Fulfillment: package items, print shipping labels, and prepare for shipment.
• Inventory Control: stock shelves and report low levels.
• Quality Assurance: inspect products for alignment and defect-free order specs.
• Warehouse Maintenance: keep tables, machines, and walkways clean and safe.

Graphic Products is seeking to hire a detail-oriented and energetic Vinyl Production Assistant to join our warehouse manufacturing team. This is an entry level position with room for advancement. We take pride in the quality of the people we hire. This is an entry level position that doesn't require any prior warehouse experience. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and assembling vinyl. This is a hands-on position that combines physical warehouse work with high-precision material handling.

Qualifications & Skills

• Detail-Oriented:Identifiy minor visual flaws to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and walk for an 8-hour shift, and comfortably lift up to 40 lbs.
• Technical Aptitude: Experience with or willingness to learn.
• Work Ethic: Strong time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven warehouse environment.
• Communication: Ability to read English work orders and follow detailed written or verbal instructions.

Core Responsibilities

• Vinyl Processing: Transform raw vinyl materials into finished products through precise cutting, rolling, and packaging.
• Order Fulfillment: Safely package finished vinyl products, print shipping labels, and prepare items for warehouse
• Inventory Control:Stock warehouse shelves, and report low inventory levels.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect final products to ensure exact alignment, zero defects, and compliance with order specifications.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep production tables, machines, and walkways clean, organized, and free of debris.

*Note: This is an entry-level position; no prior experience required. Training will be provided.
