Job summary

Disc Makers is building out its vinyl plating department and hiring detail-oriented individuals to operate the plating line. This entry-level role trains you to produce stampers for record pressing, starting from lacquers to finished parts.

Shift is Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 40 hours with potential overtime. No plating experience is required; safety and quality are emphasized throughout the process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with light industrial machinery is a plus.
• Record pressing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lacquers and process through plating baths to create stampers.
• Clean and finish stampers using chemical and machine processes.
• Monitor product quality and report variations to management.
• Maintain production schedules to meet fast turnaround commitments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety standards.
