Dav-Tech Plating Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Metal Plating Line Operator to join our production team in Marlborough, MA. You will execute plating processes on steel and aluminum parts, following precise Work Traveler instructions to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand English.
• Ability to operate overhead crane.
• Lift and carry 50 lbs unassisted.
• Ability to use micrometer.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to train and learn new tasks.
• Plating experience a plus.
• ITAR: US Citizenship or Permanent Resident; E-Verify will be used.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality plating on steel or aluminum parts.
• Set controls to maintain bath temperature.
• Determine dwell time to reach plating thickness.
• Perform in-process inspections.
• Complete final inspections.
• Document findings and processing records.
