Job summary

Adsposure is seeking skilled vinyl graphics installers for transit bus wraps. This travel-based role requires overnight shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with shift differential and potential overtime depending on project needs.

You will install and remove vinyl graphics, ensure precise cuts and clean surfaces, and maintain professional interactions with clients. Ideal candidates have at least one year of installation experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication to deliver

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full wrap transit buses ensuring straight cuts and installation quality.
• Prepare surfaces and clean prior to vinyl application.
• Coordinate removal of vinyl graphics without surface damage.
• Ensure vinyl wraps around corners, edges, and surfaces precisely.
• Take photos of completed installs and upload to company systems.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow company procedures.

We operate in markets all across the United States! Through exclusive transit advertising inventory and long-term market partnerships, Adsposure helps local, regional, and national brands connect with audiences through highly visible, real-world media.

Schedule: This is a travel based position with an overnight schedule of 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. It includes a shift differential, and overtime may be required depending on project needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for full wrap transit buses ensuring straight cuts are made and installation meets company quality standards.
• Follows company instructions for proper cleaning and preparation of surfaces to ensure quality vinyl graphic installation.
• Coordinates the removal of vinyl graphics and adhesive without causing damage to the surface.
• Oversees proper knife usage to ensure precise and straight cuts to vinyl on surface, seams, windows, hinges, and door handles while maintaining company standards.
• Ensures vinyl is precisely wrapped around corners, bumpers, and other edges.
• Maintains the highest level of customer service with clients and others.
• Completes necessary paperwork and utilizes company systems.
• Takes photos and uploads images of completed projects to company systems.
• Keeps work area clean and tidy by sweeping, emptying trash into dumpster, and general housekeeping.
• Installs and/or removes interior advertising cards on buses and trains.
• Understands the different types of buses and transit ads in assigned marked.
• Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks and fostering company culture.
• Completes other duties as required

Requirements

• Frequent lifting; ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds.
• Frequent slouching, climbing, balancing, heights, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, grasping, and feeling.
• Vision requirements of the position are up close, at a distance, and in color.
• Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and insurability to drive company vehicles.
• Smartphone for work apps and communication.
• Flexibility in scheduling: ability to travel overnight and work evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• One year of vinyl graphics installation experience.
• Excellent hand/eye/foot coordination and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a high level of customer service to clients.
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Maintains punctual attendance.
