VIP Distributing is hiring a Vehicle Graphics Installer to accurately apply vinyl graphics, decals, and wraps to a variety of vehicles. You will prepare surfaces, follow proofs, and complete high-quality installs in a fast-paced shop.

The role emphasizes hands-on vinyl application, independent work, and attention to detail, with competitive pay and benefits in a family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Excellent work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Able to read and follow design proofs and specifications.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Preferred: experience with vinyl installation and vehicle wraps.

Responsibilities

• Install vinyl graphics, decals, lettering, and wraps on vehicles.
• Prepare vehicles for installation (cleaning, measuring, surface prep).
• Follow layout instructions, proofs, and job specs precisely.
• Use proper tools to ensure bubble-free, durable installs.
• Remove/replace existing graphics if required without damage.
• Inspect finished work for quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and care for tools.
• Communicate status and timelines with team and management.

Job Title: Vehicle Graphics Installer

Job Summary This role is responsible for the accurate installation, removal, and finishing of vinyl graphics, decals, and wraps on a variety of vehicles. Demonstrate hands-on experience with vinyl application, takes pride in high-quality workmanship, and can work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities

• Install vinyl graphics, decals, lettering, and partial or full vehicle wraps
• Prepare vehicles for installation, including cleaning, measuring, and surface prep
• Accurately follow layout instructions, design proofs, and job specifications
• Use proper tools and techniques to ensure bubble-free, clean, and durable installs
• Remove and replace existing graphics when required without damaging vehicles
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment
• Communicate with team members and management regarding job status and timelines

Daily Responsibilities

• Review daily work orders and installation schedules
• Wash and prep vehicles for graphics installation
• Apply vinyl graphics to cars, trucks, vans, and fleet vehicles
• Trim, heat, and finish vinyl edges for a professional appearance
• Perform post-installation inspections and touch-ups
• Safely move and position vehicles in the shop
• Clean workstations and return tools at the end of each day
